You will be incorporated into the Choice Waste Umbrella Portfolio, and we will oversee your account without any fees as we strive to reach our specified, proposed pricing. Our management services come with several advantages, including monitoring invoices to waive overage fees and offering personal account management seven days a week.
Our contracts prioritize customer satisfaction, ensuring stable rates unless otherwise specified and mutually agreed upon. We refrain from imposing convenience or administrative fees, providing transparent and straightforward pricing – what you see is precisely what you receive!
We work with haulers across the entire state of Florida and can maintain your existing hauler arrangement if that's your preference.
To check your next trash pickup, visit your local waste management's website for a schedule section. Some areas offer online tools where you input your address for specific pickup dates. Alternatively, contact customer service to inquire about scheduled pickup days and any holiday-related changes.
Follow local ordinances for proper cart placement, considering in front of your house, in the alley, above the curb, or on the street. For details, contact WM Support. Ensure wheels and handles face your home. Avoid sidewalk obstruction and maintain a 3-foot distance from cars and other carts. Keep lids closed to avoid charges; all materials must fit inside with lids fully closed. If your wheeled container has a lock, ensure it is unlocked or removed on service days to prevent interruptions. Clear the area of obstacles and overhead hazards.
During the time between service days, you might detect unpleasant odors emanating from your container. To prevent these unwanted smells from spreading in your home, consider the following tips:
Bag all your trash to maintain a clean container and prevent leaks or spillage.
Partially fill the cart with water, add some bleach, and let it sit for a day or two.
Subsequently, scrub it clean to allow the bleach to penetrate the plastic and sanitize the container.
